Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipping fee

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product for a change of mind or exchange.

However, the company will be responsible for shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering hygienic problems, except for the item that arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.
  • Final Sale products and accessories cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and packing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has left our warehouse, please wait until it arrives before organizing a return. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, shipping costs will no longer be reimbursed. You must pay for return shipping yourself, and there are no restocking costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

However, be sure to update the tracking number & logistics carrier in the Returns Center or provide us via email as soon as you ship your return.

For the health and safety of our team, we only have a small and very limited team on-site. We will process all returns and refunds in 3 business days, but there may be delays due to limited staffing.

Currently, simplyessentialhasn't authorized any third party for business purposes. Any purchases from any other third party are out of our warranty.
